Aaron Lyons, Senior Financial Analyst with Baker Tilly, has been with the firm since 2012. He focuses on serving clients in the Valuation, Litigation and Estate Planning Group. Mr. Lyons specializes in business valuation engagements for gifting, estate, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, marital dissolutions, shareholder disputes, low-income housing tax credit valuations, ad hoc analysis, and other corporate and valuation related matters.
Mr. Lyons has over five years of experience performing valuations or valuation assistance on over 500 engagements and is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Mr. Lyons worked at a Fortune 500 company in their financial shares services division performing audit and financial reporting work.
