Vicki Mincey

Senior Vice President of Capital Management, Cinnaire

Vicki Mincey joined Cinnaire in 2006 as the Director of Asset Management Operations and is now Senior Vice President of Capital Management. In her role, Vicki is responsible for creating and managing our various tax credit funds including multi-investor regional funds, guaranteed funds, proprietor funds, and provides oversight for funds under consulting arrangements.

Vicki also assists with developing underwriting criteria, raising equity, identifying and structuring bridge loans, evaluating low-income housing developments, and developing asset management systems. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Vicki held positions including CFO for the TM Group, Inc., Director of Finance for Southwest Solutions, and Financial Analyst at Kughn Enterprises.

Vicki earned her M.S.B.A. and a certificate in International Finance from Madonna University. She specializes in financial modeling and business processes and is a guest lecturer for the Community Development Masters Program at the University of Detroit Mercy.
